Presented by the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC), this award honors emerging leaders who demonstrate exceptional innovation and commitment to advancing federal IT modernization.
Since joining MetroStar, Scantlebury has shown a relentless focus on collaboration, leveraging her role to bridge the gap between public and private sectors. Her work with ACT-IAC has underscored her commitment to transformative technology, as she led the planning for this year’s innovation track. Emilie curated and organized panels that included "Unlock Innovation: Low Code Solutions for Mission Enablement," "Driving Sustainability: Connected Technologies for Smart Infrastructure," and "Making AI Real: A Year in Review and What’s Ahead," showcasing her dedication to fostering meaningful conversations in tech.
