RESTON, VA — Thurs., Feb. 5, 2025 MetroStar announced the appointment of Kevin Randolph as Vice President of Finance, strengthening its executive leadership as the company grows in the Defense and National Security sectors.

“I’m grateful for the partnerships and experiences that shaped my path, and I’m energized to work alongside MetroStar’s leadership team—with the backing of Veritas Capital—to scale what’s next for the company,” said Randolph. “MetroStar has a strong reputation for delivering mission impact, and I’m excited to help build on that momentum and support the next phase of growth.”

Randolph has over a decade of experience supporting organizational growth, executing M&A transactions, and strengthening financial and operational performance across the federal market. In his new role, he will work with MetroStar leaders to enhance financial strategies, assess growth opportunities, and help ensure the company continues to deliver high-quality outcomes for its customers.

MetroStar Chief Financial Officer, Kyle Andrews, emphasized the importance of adding seasoned leadership as the company expands. “We’re growing quickly, and we’re committed to scaling with discipline,” said Andrews. “Kevin brings strong federal-market experience and a thoughtful financial lens that will help us invest wisely, support our teams, and keep delivering mission impact as we grow.”

Most recently, Randolph served as a Principal with Blue Delta Capital Partners, focusing on investments in government services and technology businesses. His experience spanned the full investment lifecycle, including opportunity evaluation, transaction execution, and post-close value creation, partnering with management teams to enhance financial management, performance visibility, and operating discipline. Earlier, Randolph was part of the Corporate Development team at MAXIMUS, Inc. (NYSE: MMS), supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic planning across all segments and geographic markets. He also held roles in the company’s FP&A organization, focusing on corporate finance and pricing.

Randolph’s addition to the executive team reflects MetroStar’s ongoing investment in leadership and capabilities to support customers in complex mission environments and drive long-term growth.
