MetroStar earned this recognition through authentic employee feedback collected in a confidential survey conducted by Energage, the HR research and technology company behind the Top Workplaces program since 2006. Results are based on employee responses to Workplace Experience Themes, which measure organizational health and performance. "Awards like this don't come from a single program or initiative, rather they come from people who take the mission seriously and treat each other accordingly," said Brush.
