RESTON, VA – MetroStar is honored to announce Joe Early as the organization's newly appointed Vice President of Product & Design.

Early brings innovative thinking, strong technical and business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a deep passion for data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence (AI) to MetroStar.

"His extensive background in outlining strategies to deploy data and digital capabilities across defense and space agencies positions him to understand our unique customer needs," said Vy Truong, MetroStar's Chief Innovation Officer.

Early will enrich the organization's product strategy and innovative roadmap, aiding MetroStar's continued pursuit of deploying AI platforms and tools across industries. Early and the team will shape and position MetroStar's AI capabilities and solutions, deploy our open-source tools, and expand such tools into key emerging accounts across the organization's portfolio.

"I am excited to join an organization with a devoted culture, vision, and mission towards serving our community," said Early. "My passion is empowering teams to unlock value for customers, and I look forward to both the challenge and opportunity of joining the MetroStar team."

Prior to his role at MetroStar, Joe served ten years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer aboard the E-2C/D Hawkeye. After that, he joined the F-35 program in various roles, primarily as the F-35 Joint Program Office Mad Hatter Project Lead at Kessel Run, followed by being named the F-35 CIO's Chief Digital Officer and first Chief Data Officer.
