Reston, VA – Scott Lubow joins MetroStar as the Director of Proposal Operations, bringing 23+ years of experience winning large, complex proposals and delivering transformational IT projects to Federal customers.
During a time of remarkable growth for MetroStar, he will continue to leverage his expertise to run full lifecycle capture and proposal activity. His deep understanding of the Federal procurement process, and his knowledge of obtaining strategic work opportunities, will allow Scott to align MetroStar with continued growth.
Scott’s appointment to this role represents MetroStar’s continued investment into securing spots on cutting-edge programs that embrace disruptions in the industry to propel progress. Scott’s expertise will create and manage work that ties together MetroStar’s user-centric capabilities and agency missions.
Scott has worked with multiple Federal agencies and joins our team from Booz Allen Hamilton, where he served as the Director of FEDSIM Proposals.
