Reston, VATodd Morris joins the MetroStar Leadership Team as the Vice President of Homeland Services. Todd comes to MetroStar with a wealth of experience in National and Homeland Security operations and business development. In addition to his 30+ years of leadership experience, Todd's career has helped him gain in-depth knowledge surrounding mission-oriented IT and cyber solutions.

Todd's appointment aligns with strategic investments MetroStar has made, which has resulted in new growth across Homeland.

In his role, Todd will lead and grow full-scale solutions for the entire life cycle of technology transformations. With a passion for high-tech solutions and counterterrorism, Todd has supported the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Justice (DOJ), state and local law enforcement, and emergency management agencies.

Todd has also worked within the Federal sector for decades, previously serving as the Vice President of Sales at Maximus, President of Cumulus Strategies, and Managing Director at Attain.
