Reston, VA—MetroStar is honored to announce Ed Kostrzebski's appointment to the company’s Growth team as the Vice President of Growth and Capture.

With a diverse military background, serving twenty years in the Marine Corps, Kostrzebski has a keen competence when serving and executing solutions that align with Defense Agencies' missions. He has since transitioned to the civilian sector, where he has built his executive career.

In his role at MetroStar, Kostrzebski brings extensive relationships and experience in business development, capture, and organic growth to the executive suite. His appointment aligns with the company’s continued growth in the federal and commercial market and the growth of their second headquarters in Bloomington, Indiana.

“MetroStar is at a great inflection point as a company, and I am excited to work with the team as the company competes in the full and open market,” said Kostrzebski.

Prior to MetroStar, he served as Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), where he supported multiple federal customers, including the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security.
