In her current role as Senior Vice President of People & Culture, she has spent the past two years fostering an inclusive and dynamic work environment for all employees.    Among her initial priorities were addressing turnover, facilitating growth, enhancing engagement, and boosting productivity. Peterson tackled these challenges with unwavering determination while staying on top of evolving employment laws and the changing dynamics of the workplace.
