RESTON, VA, Wednesday, April 17—MetroStar's Chief Operating Officer, Mo Hessabi, has been named a 2024 WashingtonExec Chief Officer Award finalist.   

These awards recognize the most impactful and innovative executives in government and industry, including those in the C-suite. Those nominated have shown positive, impactful leadership in the government sector.    

With a career spanning over 17 years, Hessabi has consistently demonstrated unparalleled commitment to MetroStar and its overarching missions to advance the Federal Government through the delivery of IT services and solutions. 

Throughout his tenure, Hessabi's leadership has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a steadfast belief in the potential of his team. From his early days in talent and business development to his current role at the helm of operations, Hessabi has tackled challenges with integrity and enthusiasm.

This progress is fueled by a steadfast commitment to excellence and the cultivation of strategic partnerships. Hessabi has also spearheaded initiatives such as a training program for program and project managers, and a Customer Experience (CX) Delivery Framework. These initiatives have not only streamlined operations but also improved productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
