Reston, VA- Wed., Mar. 6, 2024— MetroStar is thrilled to announce that Debbie Peterson, SVP of People & Culture, has been honored with the Washington Business Journal HR Impact Award.  

This recognition is part of the 2024 Best Places to Work program, in which the Washington Business Journal selects outstanding human resource (HR) professionals who have made tangible and significant contributions to their workplaces.

Throughout periods of rapid growth for her company, she has steered the organization's people strategy toward success, implementing clear career pathways, enhancing access to mental and physical health resources, and revitalizing MetroStar's commitment to diversity, equity, inclusivity, and belonging (DEI&B).

Furthermore, under her guidance, MetroStar has been consistently recognized as a 'Best Place to Work in IT' by Computerworld for thirteen years.
