Tech Leaders Oddball and MetroStar Support $7M, 2-Year OPM Modernization

Reston, VA, Tuesday, June 6, 2023— Oddball and MetroStar are proud to announce a two-year, seven-million-dollar contract win, supporting the Office of Personal Management (OPM). Oddball is the prime contractor on this win, with MetroStar as their subcontractor.   

This work seeks to re-design, develop, and deploy a new, modern version of opm.gov and the OPM intranet using agile, modern, and best-in-class techniques – from initial discovery and user research to infrastructure design to site architecture to content development to deployment.

Through best-in-class digital services and solutions, the team plans to wholistically redesign custom-focused websites that are user-friendly. The team will go beyond typical modernization by providing additional tools, technology, and training to create a web infrastructure that is technologically robust, mobile-accessible, and easy to maintain.
