MetroStar’s Senior Vice President of Finance, Kyle Andrews, is a finalist for WashingtonExec's 2023 Pinnacle Awards in the Pricing Executive of the Year category. The Pinnacle Awards, now in their sixth year, recognize extraordinary individuals like Andrews who tirelessly prioritize the nation's technological needs above all else.
Andrews's story begins in the picturesque landscapes of Pennsylvania, but destiny led him to Virginia, where he embraced being a Hokie at Virginia Tech. Despite the regional expectations, his heart beats true for the Dallas Cowboys, a passion instilled by his father while growing up.
Early in his career, Andrews delved into the intricate world of government contracting. His dedication shone through as he collaborated with mega contractors around the Capital Beltway, honing his expertise and becoming a specialist in the field. In 2014, he found a new professional home at MetroStar.
His passion lies in fostering a culture of talent and diversity. He envisions a future where the company not only expands but thrives, propelled by a team unafraid to embrace challenges and committed to continual improvement. Daily, he collaborates seamlessly with fellow executives, channeling their collective efforts to secure projects and ensure the company's profitability.
Amidst his duties, Andrews remains steadfast in his conviction: the essence of MetroStar lies not just in its transactions but in the people – both within the company and the impact they create for clients. Away from the boardroom, he assumes the role of "girl dad," enjoying moments with his family and their lively six-month-old golden retriever puppy.
